HBL has been providing services to dozens of Net-Zero projects. As per the requirements of the City of Vancouver, net-zero and passive house projects are eligible to pursue floor area incentives. We have been providing professional services to assist our clients in pursuing these Net Zero incentives through the detailed design of air barrier elements and ensuring their continuity, offering advice during construction to achieve the required performance, and coordinating the air-tightness declaration with the builder, among other services.
