This tenant improvement project transforms the entire upper floor of an existing building at Mission into a modern indoor pickleball recreation facility. The building, classified under Part 3 of the BC Building Code, features a lower floor (Group E) housing an existing bike shop and an upper floor with mezzanine (Group A2) dedicated to the new courts. Energy modeling is being completed to demonstrate compliance with BC Energy Step Code.
